Formed in 1926 by two talented young musicians - Douglas
Milner and Leslie Lancashire out of the Senior Department and Staff of
Rose Hill Methodist Sunday School. It started providing concerts
of cantatas and other smaller items. In 1933 Alan Stevens suggested the Society Present Trial by Jury and a yearly G&S production has been the aim of the society ever since. There is a family feel to the society, with a mix of long standing and newer members. If you are interested in Gilbert and Sullivan or musical theatre in
